• Volunteers
Heron-Peacock Supported Living volunteers have come from around the world—from Germany, Great Britain, the Far East, and the Americas. No matter where you live, we invite you to contact us about being a Heron-Peacock Supported Living volunteer. View our brochure.
You will find many volunteer opportunities to assist us in this important work. You can become part of our live-in staff with other international volunteers, or you can work directly with our residents in other ways - for example, helping a resident shop or learn
housekeeping skills. And we need volunteers to help with telephone and office tasks. If you wish, you can work a few hours every week, or work at your own pace on special projects.

• Donations
Your tax-deductible donations can help prevent homelessness and provide affordable housing solutions for special-needs residents of Monroe County. In addition to your cash donation, we welcome contributions of vehicles and boats, furniture, clothing and food. Client fees paid by the residents of The Heron and Peacock Apartments cover about one-third of our total costs. The remaining costs are covered by grants from government sources, foundations and private donations. We do not use professional solicitors; all donations are used for our program.
If you want to make a donation or any kind, please E-mail us, or go to our Contact Us page for our phone numbers and mailing addresses.
